Return and refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
When you place an order with us, you have the option to cancel the purchase within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we will begin processing your order, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

As a consumer, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal applies only to unused and undamaged products that have not been altered through your handling. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at hello@wellingtonatelier.com and state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Include the order number and a description of the product you wish to return.
  2. Provide evidence that the product does not meet your expectations. This may include photos or a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Return the product to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. It is mandatory to use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt as proof of shipment. We will provide the return address once your return request has been approved.

Conditions for Returns
For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received and must not have been used.
  • All parts and accessories included with the product must be returned.
  • The packaging must be intact and in the same condition as received.
  • If the product is defective or does not meet expectations, this must be confirmed with photos or other documentation.

Return Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Currently, we do not offer free returns. It is mandatory to use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt as proof of shipment.

Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The refund will cover only the product price and will not include shipping or delivery costs.
